With a partner at your side for your job search, you’ll have the support, accountability and advice you need to land a new job.  During your complimentary consultation, we will discuss your unique journey and build a personalized coaching plan for you to land your next job.  Each of the four 75-minute one-on-one sessions can be arranged via phone or video.

Includes:

• A customized job search plan to fit your goals and timeline

• Four 75-minute coaching sessions.

• Email support. We will use these email conversation to share resources, and review resumes and cover letters.

• As appropriate, we’ll schedule quick phone check-ins. These are great for time-sensitive questions that arise your while you’re networking, applying and interviewing.

• All packages are developed custom to the individual. Below is a sample collection of coaching sessions:

  • Session 1: Review your StrengthsFinder 2.0 results and discuss how to leverage your strengths in your career exploration, job search and interviewing.

  • Session 2: Develop an enhanced language for your job search and launch a modern, comprehensive job search that is based on relationship building.

  • Session 3: Thorough reviews of your resume, LinkedIn profile and cover letters. Discuss how to customize those materials to make a good first impression, and earn more job interviews.

  • Session 4: Prepare and practice for job interviews and salary negotiation. If interviews come sooner, we will schedule this session sooner!

Is your current job dragging you down?  Are you unsure of what to do next?  During your complimentary consultation, we will discuss your unique journey and build a personalized coaching plan for you to thoughtfully explore options and design your career.  Each of the five 75-minute one-on-one sessions can be arranged via phone or video.  With a partner at your side for your career exploration, you’ll be more creative, discover new options, and develop a meaningful plan for your next career move.

Includes:

• A customized career exploration plan to fit your goals and timeline.

• Five 75-minute coaching sessions.

• Email support. We will use these email conversation to share resources, and review resumes and cover letters.

“Are your nervous about job interviews?  Let’s work together to help you develop a more authentic and compelling approach to interviewing that includes confident language for your strengths and compelling stories about your life experiences.  Armed with your customized strengths report and years of experience as an interviewer, I can help you prepare for even the most challenging and unexpected interview questions.  Each of the three 75-minute one-on-one sessions can be arranged via phone or video (I am happy to meet in-person with Asheville locals). ”

• A comprehensive assessment of your strengths using StrengthsFinder 2.0 from Gallup

• 75-minute one-on-one strengths consultation

• 75-minute one-on-one session to develop your authentic interview strategy

• Salary Negotiation: Do you deserve more than what you’ve been offered? We’ll plan and practice how to effectively negotiate for more. You deserve it.

• Strengths Consultation: Learn more about what makes you awesome. Using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder 2.0, we will discuss your unique collection of talents, how to leverage those talents in your career decisions, and how to best communicate those talents to potential employers. (Add $20 for the cost of the assessment)
